Enitan Obasanjo-Adeleye, PhD, CAIA. Managing Director.

Ms. Obasanjo-Adeleye’s core capabilities are in devising and implementing strategies, research and analysis to support investment decision making. Her professional experience spans over a decade and covers consulting, oil and gas and investment banking. She holds a PhD in Computational Finance from Imperial College in London and an MEng in Electronic Engineering. She has worked for Anderson Consulting in the UK, Ocean Energy (now Devon Energy) in Houston and was most recently a Vice President, Quantitative Research and Analysis at Barclays Capital in London.

Winston Osuchukwu, Director of Investments

Prior to joining Legacy, Winston was  a group head at  Ecobank Transnational Incorporated,  a pan-African enterprise with US$200 Million Assets Under Management as of 2011. In addition to his group responsibilities Winston spearhead Ecobank’s acquisition of Oceanic Bank, Plc in 2011. Winston has also held positions with Access Investments, Afrinvest, Lehman Brothers and JP Morgan. He holds an MBA from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas and BBA in Finance from the University of Houston

Atinuke Rogers, MSc. Director of Operations.

Atinuke is a Graduate of Statistics from University of Ilorin, with a Masters in Banking & Finance from Delta State University, as well as a Masters in Supply Chain & Operations Strategy. She started her banking career with Afribank in 1994 as a Customer Relations Officer, and moved variously from there to Gulf Bank of Nigeria, Fortune Bank Plc, Platinum-Habib Bank Nigeria, and Ecobank, all spanning 11 years, cumulatively. She exited the banking industry as Head of Credit & Marketing of Ecobank,  and was most recently the Investment Manager of Rogetide Nigeria Limited, an investment advisory firm with significant portfolio on the Capital market.

Yahya Barakat Chami Jr., Senior Associate.
Prior to joining Legacy he worked at a boutique investment bank covering the Nigerian Oil and Gas, Power and Infrastructure sectors; highlighted by being on the advisory team that executed West Power and Gas Limited’s successful acquisition of Eko Electricity Distribution Company, Plc (“Eko Disco”). Yahya’s background also includes extensive business development experience in Financial Services, Manufacturing, Real Estate and Fast Moving Consumer Goods. He is currently a non-executive  Director at Paptec Industries Limited, a manufacturer of flexible packaging, and Core Production Limited, a video production and equipment leasing company.
Yahya graduated from Indiana University where he majored in Economics and Political Science. He is currently pursuing his CFA designation.
